Join The Fellowship

Be part of a movement transforming systems and communities.

Through countless courses, workshops and other programmes Nia Upeoni has equipped grassroots leaders across the UK and Africa with the tools to challenge injustice, redesign systems, and build resilient communities. Now, we invite you to take the next step: joining a fellowship of changemakers committed to bold, lasting transformation.

Our Fellows are activists and advocates, educators and entrepreneurs, policy shapers and community builders, united by a belief that real change happens when we work together.

Who Can Become a Fellow?

The Fellowship is open to anyone who has participated in Nia Upeoni’s courses, programmes, or workshops. Whether you joined us for Systems Change, Leadership, Policy & Advocacy, or Community Impact training, you are part of a growing network of leaders ready to deepen their practice and expand their influence.

There is no single profile of a Nia Upeoni Fellow. What defines the Fellowship is the shared commitment to:

  • Transformative Leadership – leading with courage, vision, and inclusivity.
  • Systemic Change – tackling root causes, not just symptoms.
  • Community Empowerment – mobilizing voices for collective impact.
  • Sustainable Solutions – building pathways that endure.
Ready to Join Us?

Step into the Fellowship and continue your journey of leadership and systemic change. Together, we can lead the shift, connect the dots, and transform the system.
